Menolink – Peri- to post-menopause wellbeing workshop.

With up to ten years before menopause starts and then living a third up to half of our life after menopause, this masterclass helps to show you how to enjoy this natural phase and its changes. The first part makes the science simple and with a cuppa of specially formulated MenoLink tea we’re hitting all the markers for heart, brain, gut, bone, spinal and mental health before going over to the practical part and the right type of exercise for this phase of your life. This workshop helps you to take charge of the menopause, gives guidance on how to control the controllables and how to make better choices. It will give you a toolbox with concrete suggestions so you can understand, work with and support yourself from peri right through to post menopause and embrace living well!
